Fluffy Dinner roll
Soft and fluffy dinner roll that you can make it at home (well, because I didn't use butter ^^, so I can't call it butter roll, haha).
I bake less of soft bread lately, as my niece and my sister really fall in love with hard (sourdough) bread. But after coming back from Japan, I found that my starter that I kept in the refrigerator already went to heaven, -*- I couldn't use it anymore. Well, I have to take my starter that I kept in the freezer and wake it up before using it, but if I want to make something right now, I have to go for another recipe.
Using instant yeast is an easier choice, you can make many kinds of bread in less than 3 hours and there are a lot of recipes to choose from.
As I wanted a bread that I can serve with meal I baked this simple dinner roll. Fluffy bread that you can enjoy it by itself, with butter or with delicious meal.
You don't have to make it into a roll if you don't want, but for me I think it's fun when rolling and turning it into a cute bun, haha.
